On the actual day of Halloween, there were, of course, more festivities. Ethan's class had a party. We drew Jack O'lantern faces on clementine oranges and he took those and strawberries. After school we went to IHOP with friends for their free pancakes (and got $.50 corndogs from Sonic.
Per tradition, we met up with our good friends the Sandhaus for trick or treating in our old neighborhood. It is really amazing how few people hand out candy.
"I'm too tired to move." Followed by a middle of the night "I spit up". And did he ever. We had to disassemble the bunk beds in the morning and do some serious cleaning.
