November

Now that it is 2015, I may as well blog about the holiday season.

First, some random November pictures.

Asher beginning to sit in the cart instead of always being in my wrap.
Asher and an age mate totally entertained, just by looking at each other.

 Playing with toys more.

He went through a thumb sucking phase.
Storytime at the library each Thursday.

Nana had a big birthday this year!

 Our annual Thanksgiving trip!!!

We all arrived Wednesday and enjoyed Dad's awesome spaghetti.

Asher loved spending so much time on Grandpa and Grandma's laps.

Thursday morning was race day, as always.  We ran the 1 mile with the kids, and then Dan took them home.  What a trooper.  Then Lisa, James, Joe, Lauren, and I ran the 5k.  I think Ethan will probably do it with me next year.
Friday, we kept our bowling tradition going.  The kids' attention span gets better each year, I think.
We figured out a way to have all the nappers sleep upstairs during the day, got the older kids on electronics, and actually got to play ping pong with the adults.
Lisa brought a fun gingerbread craft.
 Late night Mormon Bridge.

Grandma brought a fun turkey craft (notice the cutie in her lap).
Saturday we hit BounceU before everyone headed home.

 Thanksgiving day pictures.

Benton did NOT like the cold (we woke him from a nap for these pictures).  Way to smile Asher!
 The perfect kid picture.
 Staged ping pong picture.

 Real action shot.
Our last night there it snowed, and Ethan was thrilled.

He had really been hoping for the chance to eat snow.

The train ride at the airport on our way home.

We had an awesome weekend full of fun traditions!  Thanks again, Dad and Dianne, for graciously welcoming a houseful of crazy!

"Winter" Running

Running this summer:

Running today:

It was probably in the high 40s, and notice the lack of training wheels!

2 Generations

The back row used to be playdate buddies, and now the kids in the front row are.  AND, there is a trio of baby brothers to match!  Since school is out, they are all together today.

Retakes

Ethan's retakes turned out much better. It didn't hurt that I happened to be in his class volunteering when he was called for his pictures, so his teacher sent me with him to help get a better smile.
